Dear sir,
Two years ago we had problems with rising dampness under the house.
We then had Foam Concrete spread over the foundation floor around the
piles which covered the earth approx 75mm. This has proven an
amazing success.
As now we can crawl under the wooden floor without getting our knees
wet, the Electrician who had to go under to fix some wiring said it
was the cleanest and driest floor he had worked on.
I have been a master builder most of my working life, and was surprised,
and pleased we got your firm to do the job and would have no hesitation in
recommending Canterbury Foam Concrete as the answer to many dampness
problems under existing houses.
Thank you once again
Yours Sincerely

Canterbury Foam Concrete
In July 1997 we decided to have Canterbury Foam Concrete install foam
concrete under our home. It is a decision that we have never
regretted.
Before installing the concrete our home was always cold and
musty-smelling due to the soil and moisture under the house. We have
had problems in the past with burst pipes etc and so there was a lot of
moisture under the floor.
Since the concrete was installed, the house is definitely warmer -
especially the end bedrooms which were always cold and prone to
mildew. Any jobs which require climbing down under the house e.g.
Plumbing, Wiring are now a lot cleaner as you don't get covered with dirt
or mud.
We have now had two winters with the foam concrete under floor and would
thoroughly recommend both Canterbury Foam Concrete, and their product to
anyone who was interested in having their home warmer and drier. It
was certainly money well spent.
Yours Faithfully
C.Smith
